NAIROBI, Kenya- Tony Chege hit 42 stable ford points to win the KCB Club Nite Golf Tournament at par 72 Karen Golf and Country Club in Nairobi on Thursday.

On his way to beating a field of 177 golfers to the gong, Chege sunk a birdie in par five hole two. He went ahead to card 21 points in the front nine before replicating the same in the back.

“I worked hard for this victory and I am grateful that things went according to the way I had planned,” Chege underlined.

Peter Munyiri, who also amassed 42 points emerged runners up after he was beaten by Chege on count-back while Rose Mary Mkok who fired 41 was crowned lady winner.

Caro White and Sarah Otolo bagged first and second nine prize in that order as Martin Kiambi emerged guest winner with 30.

“ I wish to congratulate the winners for a splendid job on the course, the event was a good networking opportunity,” underscored KCB Group Director Regional Business, Paul Russo who feted the players.
