Tickets went on sale on Thursday with Kenya Open Golf Limited making provision for daily coupons as well as season vouchers to cater for different needs and lifestyle enthusiasts

NAIROBI, Kenya- Spectators planning to attend the 2019 Kenya Open Golf Championship should prepare for a fun experience both on and off the course as the country prepares to host her leg of the European Challenge Tour.

Tournament Director, Patrick Obath  has said the par 72 Karen  Golf and Country Club has been designed to suit both players and supporters in a bid to attract a wider audience to the event.

“Fans can look forward to the best golf on the course from some of the best players from across the world.The tournament village will offer spectators great food, music and a variety of entertainment.

“We will also lives stream the action and beamed the tournament on giant screens that will be  strategically placed at the location,” Obath underlined.

At the same time, tickets for the four day event slated for March 14 to 17 went on sale on Thursday with the Kenya Open Golf Limited (KOGL) making provisions for daily coupons as well as season vouchers to cater for the different needs of golf and lifestyle enthusiasts who are expected at the event.

“Our tickets are fairly priced to give as many people an opportunity to come and experience the 2019 Kenya Open experience,” Obath underscored.

“Daily tickets are retailing at KSh 1,000 while the season ones are KSh 3,000 for the four days.

“To encourage juniors to embrace the sport, KOGL have made provision for children under the age of 12, as well as members of the Junior Golf Foundation, to access the event for free,” Obath highlighted.
