MONACO, France- Formers winners Agnes Kiprop of Kenya and Ethiopia’s Aberu Mekuria will both return to the Chinese city of Hengshui to compete for the women’s title at the Hengshui Lake International Marathon, an IAAF Gold Label road race, on Sunday.
