Seal club could have added the second at the stroke of
half-time but Awita Batts could not take advantage of a golden goal-scoring
opportunity that presented itself to him.
Bidco United returned from the break firing on all cylinders
but could not penetrate the resolute Murang’a Seal defense.
Bidco head coach Anthony Akhulia made three substitutions in
the 68th minute replacing Chris Opondo, Michael Omondi and Eric Michubu with Brian
Mboya, Jacob Onyango and John Kelwish in a bid to put more pressure on their
opponents but the changes were fruitless since the hosts managed to hold on to
their slim lead.
