Harambee Stars: Bandari Defender Otieno Replaces Okumu In Uganda Friendly

NAIROBI, Kenya- Bandari FC defender Brian Otieno has replaced former Real Monarchs FC defender Joseph Okumu ahead of Harambee Stars friendly against Uganda at MISC Kasarani in Nairobi this Sunday.
Head coach Francis Kimanzi noted that Okumu is unavailable for the game after joining Swedish side IF Elfsborg last week.
Kimanzi has also called Johnstone Omurwa of Wazito FC to replace injured Cercle Brugge midfielder Johanna Omollo.

The coach admitted that Okumu and Omollo are top quality players whose services will be missed.
However, he said the situation also provides opportunity for the coaching staff to test other players who have been given a call-up.
