Nekesa’s side has registered 13 wins and a single draw in their first 14 matches of the season, making the club one of the on-form sides in Europe.

Moreover, the Karel Pitak charges have only conceded 5 goals and scored 76 in the process.

Following her recent exploits, Nekesa has now managed to get her name on the score sheet eight times in just two matches.

One week ago, the 25-year-old bagged five goals in a one-sided encounter against minnows Lokomotiva Brno Horní Heršpice.  Her five-star performance helped Slavia Praha secure an impressive 11-0 win.

Nekesa, who was born in Trans Nzoia County, is one of the top contenders to win the prestigious Golden Boot Award at the end of the season.

She has scored a total of 22 goals since the start of the campaign, which has significantly increased her chances of lifting the coveted gong.

Should the Butere Girls High School alumni continue with her eye-catching displays, her stay at Slavia Praha may come to an end soon.

Recently, some of the top African female strikers including the Zambian duo of Racheal Kundananji and Barbra Banda, have penned lucrative deals with top clubs, particularly in the United States and Nekesa could land a similar opportunity if her impressive form persists.
