The derby is expected to go either way owing to the calibre of players the two sides have planned to line-up for the match.

Three time Kenya Cup champions Mean Machine RFC are placed tenth on two after two winless outings.

Machines have a chance to register their first victory of the season when they welcome new entrants Northern Suburbs RFC at the University of Nairobi Grounds.

Suburbs are fifth on five coming off one victory and a defeat in their two games.

The United States International University (USIU) find themselves in an unfamiliar territory, second from bottom at eleventh after round two.

The varsity side will host Kisii RFC at their Roysambu backyard as they search for victory.

Basement side Egerton Wasps RFC will host second placed University of Eldoret Trojans in Njoro.

Just like USIU, Wasps have faltered in their two outings, only picking up a point while the Trojans come into the tie in imperious form, having gathered two wins on the bounce to sit second on the log.
