SportPesa Premier League (SPL) top scorer Allan Wanga hit the bar and Edwin Lavatsa was there for the follow-up to equalize for Homeboyz.
The result means that no matter the results from the other
games lined up over the weekend, Nicholas Muyoti’s Homeboyz will remain in
fourth place with 42 points.
KCB on the other hand remain in 12th place with 30.

Final Practice
The game was the first of a double header at the Kenyatta
Stadium, with Tusker FC taking on league leaders Gor Mahia FC in the last
fixture of the day.
Earlier in the day, there was loads of drama at the Chemelil
Complex as Nzoia Sugar FC emerged 2-1 winners over hosts Chemelil to climb into
10th on the SPL table.
Both teams finished the game with 10 men, with the referee
showing two red cards in a span of ten second half minutes.
Chemelil were handed a lifeline in the last minute of the game but it was too little too late for them as they went down a place to 14th with 28 points.

At the Kasarani Stadium, Kariobangi Sharks FC made it nine league games without a win as they drew 1-1 against Posta Rangers FC.
Sharks went ahead in the 81st minute through Kenya under-23 international Sydney Lokale but Rangers kept their cool and leveled matters with a minute left in the game.
The result leaves William Muluya's side in ninth with 34, whilst their opponents are in 15th with 25.
Derrick Otanga, who is slowly becoming a hero for Sony Sugar FC, notched his seventh goal of the SPL campaign to move his side up to seventh after a 2-0 win against Western Stima FC at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu.
Sony got a second in the dying seconds of the game to put the final nail in Stima's coffin as they bounced back brilliantly from a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Sofapaka FC.
Stima have not won a match in thirteen league outings, the worst run by any club in the top flight and now lie in 14th with 27 points.
