Police FC cage Gor Mahia as unbeaten streak ends

K’Ogalo’s hopes of finishing the 2023/2024 season unbeaten were shattered by a flawless Police FC side at the Police Sacco Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

There was a lot of talk ahead of the match with regard to the law enforcers’ decision to charge football fans record high gate charges with Gor Mahia’s manager Johnathan McKinstry being forced to comment on the move.

Despite a lot of cries from football stakeholders, nothing was changed as the visitors went on to lose the match 3-1.

Gor Mahia, who are the reigning champions, had a good start to the game with Austin Odhiambo opening the scoring early in the first half after being set up by Sharif Musa.
