“Subject to the terms and conditions of this contract, the parties agree to the temporary transfer of the player's federal rights to JS Saoura from 01 February 2024.
The parties undertake to comply with all
formalities required by the regulations of FIFA and/or the respective National
Associations in order to complete the transfer,” the document read.
In a deal that will see K’Ogalo pocket over 3.2 million
shillings, the Algerian side confirmed that they will only make the payment

“The player and the GOR MAHIA Club undertake to suspend the employment contract binding them for the duration of the loan. JS Saoura will make payment of the loan compensation only after receipt of the TMS, and the player's physical and medical visits,” the document added.
It was earlier alleged that Omala was on the verge of
signing a deal with another Algerian side USM Alger. However, K’Ogalo
chairperson Ambrose Rachier dismissed the claims.
“That news (Omalla being linked with a move away) is not
true as far as I am concerned. Being the chairperson of Gor Mahia, I have not
been contacted by anybody about the transfer or sale of Omalla.
So, we are not aware of any intended sale or transfer of
Omalla to put it briefly,” Rachier stated in a recent exclusive interview with
SportPesa News.
