NAIROBI, Kenya- Harambee Stars head coach Sébastien Migné has ruled out penalties in the second leg of Africa Nations Championships (CHAN) Qualifier against Tanzania at Moi International Sports Center Kasarani in Nairobi on Sunday.

“We expect to win this game, the match will not go into penalty shoot-out,” Migné declared at the team’s training base in the capital on Friday.
“I’m trying to develop the squad offensively. We also have to be strong defensively, and also compact and balanced in the midfield,” he underscored.

“I’m hoping the stadium will be full, this will be good for us as it will put pressure on us to perform as the hosts.I believe the playing unit will be up to the task as they have greatly improved in the last ten days we have been in the camp,” he highlighted.
