ACCRA, Ghana- Ghana finished top of Group F at the expense of Kenya in the final round of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying following a 1-0 victory over the visitors in Accra on Saturday night.

Kenya came to the match needing at most a point to seal a top of the table finish and French coach Sebastien Migne's side held on resolutely to be on course when the frst half finished all square at 0-0.
